1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DX Trading ("Service"), operated by DaelX LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DX Trading provides algorithmic trading signal alerts for XAUUSD (gold) delivered via Telegram. The Service includes real-time entry and exit signals, performance dashboards, and educational content. DX Trading does NOT manage client funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide personalized financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By subscribing, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Subscription & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize DX Trading to charge the applicable fee (monthly or one-time lifetime) to your selected payment method. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting support@dxtrading.net.

5. No Financial Advice

DX Trading is a signal service, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. All signals are generated by an algorithm based on TradingView backtesting of historical OANDA XAUUSD data. Nothing on this site or in our signals constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading XAUUSD (gold) on margin involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, whether backtested or live, does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks.

7. Performance Disclaimer

All performance statistics displayed on dxtrading.net are derived from TradingView strategy backtesting applied to historical OANDA XAUUSD data. While the data updates automatically via API, the figures reflect backtested results and may not represent actual trading account performance. Slippage, spread variations, and execution differences may cause real results to differ.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, branding, and materials on dxtrading.net are the property of DaelX LLC. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service or its signals without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share, redistribute, or resell signals to non-subscribers; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the algorithm; (c) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (d) misrepresent your affiliation with DX Trading.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaelX LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or trading capital, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via Telegram or email.
