Refund Policy

Our Commitment: We stand behind the algorithm's performance. If you follow the signals correctly for 30 days and the algorithm doesn't cover the cost of your subscription in profit, we'll extend your access for free — no questions asked.

1. ROI Guarantee — First 30 Days

DX Trading offers an ROI Guarantee for new subscribers on both monthly and lifetime plans. If you follow the signals correctly for your first 30 days and the algorithm's signals do not generate enough pips to cover the cost of your subscription (based on your lot size and the signals provided), we will extend your access at no additional charge.

To qualify, you must: (a) have an active subscription for at least 30 consecutive days; (b) demonstrate that you followed the signals as delivered (entry, stop loss, and take profit); (c) contact support within 7 days after the 30-day period ends.

2. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle. To cancel, use the Stripe customer portal or contact us at DXtrading.support@gmail.com.

3. Lifetime Plan

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment granting permanent access to DX Trading signals, including all future algorithm upgrades. Because of the nature of lifetime access, the lifetime plan is non-refundable after 72 hours from purchase, unless covered by the ROI Guarantee described above.

4. Refund Requests (Within 72 Hours)

If you purchased a lifetime plan and wish to request a refund within 72 hours of payment, contact us at DXtrading.support@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt or Telegram username. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be issued for: (a) dissatisfaction with trading results caused by not following signals correctly; (b) broker-side issues such as slippage, spread, or execution delays; (c) requests made after 72 hours for lifetime plans or after the billing cycle for monthly plans; (d) accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first, your access will be immediately revoked. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing issues before disputing a charge.
